Delivery

The delivery methods and costs and other information is visible on the product page and in more detail in the shopping basket.

The best way is to order at least EUR 50 worth of products at a time because in that case delivery across the EU (incl. Norway) is FREE OF CHARGE, except for Estonia where the minimum required shopping basket value is EUR 40.

On business days, Nicorex Baltic OÜ dispatches several dozens of consignment to Scandinavian, Baltic and other European countries.

For regular mail and courier deliveries we provide customers with a tracking code which allows them to monitor the movement of their order. For parcel terminal deliveries we will not provide a tracking code.

Dispatch, monitoring and collection of delivery

Post offices and parcel terminals
Uncollected parcels are stored:

  • at post offices for two weeks.
  • at parcel terminals for one week.

If the customer has not collected his parcel within this storage period, the parcels will be returned to the consignor!

If the order has been paid for on the day it was placed, the goods will normally be dispatched on the following business day.

Depending on the average time of delivery to the destination country, we ask you to monitor the location of the parcel by means of the tracking number.

We recommend that you contact the local post office, if the delivery period is longer than usual or if according to the tracking number the parcel has arrived but you have not received a delivery notice.

You can track orders using this general address: http://www.track-trace.com/post

Or you can use the links to national postal companies:

Courier service
Currently, Nicorex Baltic OÜ uses the courier service provided by DHL. If you order goods to be delivered by the DHL courier service, the standard free transport option available from minimum shopping basket value of EUR 50 is not applicable.
Delivery by DHL is free of charge, if the shopping basket value is at least EUR 80.

Deliveries by DHL can be tracked here: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html
